This is to notify that the Registry of Societies of Malaysia (ROS) has no objection to the postponement of annual general meetings of all societies due to the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) and the imposition of nationwide full lockdown (FMCO).
Notwithstanding Clause 7.2(a) of the Constitution states that “Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held on or before the 30th of June of each calendar year”, the AGM 2021 of the Association shall be postponed pursuant to ROS’s instruction (dated 29 June 2021) until further notice.

Notice of Postponement of Annual General Meeting(AGM) 2021 of Persatuan Hainan Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan has been published in the local newspaper, Sin Chew Daily , The China Press and The Star in the column of Selangor/WP. Published date of the two Chinese newspapers is on July 2021 while The Star is on July 2, 2021 respectively.
