We hereby inform all members that the Association will hold the Annual General Meeting and Election of the
General Council for the term 2024-2027 on Sunday, 30/06/2024, at 11:00 a.m. The venue for the meeting will be
the Thean Hou Temple Hall of our Association. Starting from 30/05/2024 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.), members may obtain nomination forms from the Secretariat, which must be completed and returned to the
Secretariat by the deadline of 15/06/2024 (Saturday, 1:00 p.m.). The polling station will be set up at our Association,
open for two days on 29/06/2024 (Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and 30/06/2024 (Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00
a.m.).
Kindly bring along your identity card and attend the AGM & Election in person. Each eligible member is entitled to
one ballot and can vote once. Proposed Resolutions or Enquiries regarding the Annual Report or Financial Report
shall be submitted to the Secretariat in written form not later than 15/06/2024 (Saturday, 1:00 p.m.). Thank you.
