This is to notify that the Donation to Needy Senior Citizens shall take place at Thean Hou Temple Hall (65, Persiaran Endah, Off Jalan Syed Putra, 50460 Kuala Lumpur) on 13 January 2019 (Sunday) between 7:00 a.m. to 12.00pm subject to the following terms and conditions and late comers will not be entertained

1 Donee must be a needy member of our Association aged 65 years old and above as at 13-1-2019 with a effective 3-month membership.

2 Donee is required to attend personally and show his/her original IC /Member Card/OKU Card on the spot for verification and registration purposes.

3 Only limited to 1,000 eligible Donees on a first come-first-served basis while supplies last.

4 Each Donee is limited to one donation of RM150 only. Collecting donation on behalf of third party is strictly prohibited.

5 The General Council shall have its sole and absolute discretion to decide in any exceptional circumstances. The decision made by the General Council is final and no appeal shall be entertained.
